This is a non-denominational workshop for people who wish to create a grounding tool to bring them into the present moment. The Sacred Wheel of Peace, created by artist/author Eleanor Wiley will be explored during the class. As each participant makes their piece we will talk about the history and use of traditional prayer beads. This is not a class about techniques but more about trusting yourself and discovering your creative abilities. Questions and answers are asked while the participants are working on their beads. Interaction between the students occurs while they are making their beads. Practices for using the beads are discussed as the class progresses.

Unleash your creativity and take your earring skills to the next level. In this class we will wire wrap, hammer, texture, hole-punch and have fun, all while learning to create 3 different types of ear wires and endless ways in which to embellish them. From wire wrapped hoops to delicate, free-form wrapped briolettes, you'll create 3 beautiful pairs of earrings and go home with enough ideas and variations to keep you creating all through the year!
