Bead Show Setting
Enter The Manning Estate through a grand circular driveway lined with tall palm trees and a lush green landscaping. A bronze life-sized statue of Hugo O'Conor graces the front lawn. The Manning House’s historic rooms are named after this Irish born Spanish officer who founded Tucson's Presidio in 1775.
The eastern rooms of the mansion welcome guests to step back in time and bask in the warmth of rich historic redwood, Italian granite tables, wrought iron chandeliers and stained glass windows. The entire mansion is climate controlled and offers unmatched historic ambience for both exhibitors and buyers to this unique show.
Although the period furniture has been stored away to accommodate our exhibitor’s displays during the show, the unique architecture of this magnificent structure cannot be hidden.

During this special show week, Manning House chefs change the style and character of the award winning facility to accommodate a more casual and convenient dining experience. Although our “Snack Bars” are quick and economical, the food selection maintains the quality and freshness for which Manning House is renowned.
